Terms of Service

By accessing and using VISICODE's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

VISICODE provides web development services including:

• Custom website design and development

• Landing page creation (Vision Start package)

• Multi-page business websites (Vision Spark package)

• Enterprise web applications (Vision Launch package)

• Vision Audit consultations

All services are provided according to the specific package terms agreed upon in your project contract.

Our standard project process includes:

• Vision Audit: Initial consultation to understand your needs

• Design Phase: Creating mockups and gathering feedback

• Development Phase: Building your website according to approved designs

• Review & Refinement: Making adjustments based on your feedback

• Launch: Deploying your website and providing documentation

Timelines vary by package: Vision Start (3-5 days), Vision Spark (7-10 days), Vision Launch (14-21 days).

Payment terms are as follows:

• Vision Start: Full payment upfront (Rp 800,000)

• Vision Spark: 50% upfront, 50% before launch (Rp 2,500,000 total)

• Vision Launch: 40% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 20% before launch (Rp 10,000,000 total)

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or agreed payment methods. Projects will not commence until initial payment is received.

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Vision Start: 1 revision round

• Vision Spark: 2 revision rounds

• Vision Launch: 3 revision rounds

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged separately. Major scope changes may require a new project contract and additional fees.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner

• Responding to design and development updates within agreed timeframes

• Providing clear and consolidated feedback during revision rounds

• Securing necessary licenses for any third-party assets or services

Delays caused by late content or feedback may extend project timelines.

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of:

• The final website code and design

• Rights to use and modify the delivered website

VISICODE retains the right to:

• Display the project in our portfolio

• Reuse general code patterns and techniques in other projects

Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.

We deploy websites to Vercel's free tier by default. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your hosting account

• Domain registration and renewal fees

• Any upgrades needed for increased traffic or features

We can assist with hosting setup and provide recommendations, but we are not responsible for ongoing hosting costs or issues.

We guarantee:

• Websites will function as designed at the time of launch

• 30 days of free bug fixes for issues present at launch

• Responsive design that works on modern browsers and devices

We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels

• Compatibility with future browser or device updates without maintenance

• Zero downtime (this depends on your hosting provider)

Ongoing maintenance and support packages are available separately.

Either party may terminate the project agreement:

• Client termination: Fees paid are non-refundable, but you receive all work completed to date

• VISICODE termination: May occur if client fails to provide necessary materials or payment. Partial refund may be provided for incomplete work.

Upon termination, all access to project files and communications will be provided within 7 business days.

VISICODE's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Data loss or security breaches (though we follow security best practices)

• Third-party service failures (hosting, email, payment providers)

• Issues arising from client-provided content or modifications made after delivery

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Business strategies and proprietary information

• Technical implementations and trade secrets

• Financial terms and pricing details

This obligation continues for 2 years after project completion, except for information that becomes publicly available.

In case of disputes:

• We'll first attempt to resolve issues through good-faith negotiation

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation in Jakarta, Indonesia

• Indonesian law governs these terms and any disputes arising from them
